beautiful...everything works here. the theme is great, and everything works along w/ that...the tone, for instance, is perfect...it's got that dead, lifeless feel to it, and i like the fact that these are such beautiful flowers when in their prime, and even though they're dead here, they are still beautiful. sends a great message, i think. 
i love the way the whole shot is angled, too...it really makes it feel as if they're flowing up from the ground and will keep extending. this is a really great shot...simple, but incredibly effective and beautiful.
